Hello. I’m Fiona Thompson, a London-based freelance writer. I started by getting a degree in French, dallied in fashion and textile publishing as a writer and editor for a while, dabbled in business psychology, co-wrote a book on sex, became a freelance journalist and had columns in Esquire and The Times and wrote regular features for The Guardian.
I now work as a writer and consultant on brand communications. Recently I’ve written brochures for the Paris Opera House and Save the Children, web content for Cass Business School and Corney and Barrow, case studies for Deloitte, and tone of voice guidelines for Silicon Roundabout start up companies. I also run writing training workshops for groups and individuals.
